The 20MN fast forging press consists of a 20MN fast forging hydraulic press and a 200KN/600KNm full hydraulic forging manipulator. The 20MN fast forging hydraulic press is designed by Yanshan University. The unit is a complete set of pull-down equipment with the overall framework of oil pump direct transmission. It is equipped with world-class electromechanical hydraulic control components and systems. It adopts Rexroth high-power flow pump, Rexroth servo cartridge valve, Siemens S7-400PLC, industrial control computer and Profibus field bus to control the system with fast response speed, small impact vibration and high control accuracy. Fast forging frequency of 60-80 times/min, control accuracy of ± 1mm; in the press and operator linkage state, can achieve unmanned operation; in order to fundamentally improve product quality and improve the working environment and conditions of the forging workshop, to achieve automatic operation of forging operations and civilized production.
The system is suitable for free forging of metal materials. Manual, semi-automatic, automatic and linkage operations can be adopted to complete free forging operations such as upsetting, drawing, punching (reaming), mandrel drawing, twisting, bending, wrong moving, chopping, etc., and to produce forgings such as various shafts, rods, plates, cakes, rings and billet modules. It is equipped with a 7-meter × 3.5-meter trolley-type natural gas heating furnace. The trolley-type heating furnace has good through-burning effect, can effectively avoid yin and yang surfaces during heating, and can better ensure product quality.
