The 50MN press consists of a 50MN free forging hydraulic press and a 400KN/1200KNm full hydraulic forging manipulator. The 50MN free forging hydraulic press is a complete set of equipment with the oil pump directly driving the square column sleeve prestressed frame and pressing on and off. The equipment is equipped with the world's advanced electromechanical hydraulic control components and systems, and adopts the three-level control of Siemens S7-1500PLC, industrial computer and Profibus field bus, so that the speed, position and pressure of the press can be accurately controlled, and the structure, transmission mode, control technology and overall performance of the forging press can be innovated, in order to fundamentally improve the working environment and conditions of the forging workshop, realize the automatic operation of forging operation and civilized production.
The system is suitable for free forging of metal materials. Manual, semi-automatic, automatic and linkage operation modes can be adopted. Manual intervention can be carried out in automatic and linkage control modes to complete free forging operations such as upsetting, drawing, punching (reaming), mandrel drawing, twisting, bending, wrong moving, chopping, etc, production of various types of shaft, bar, plate, cake, ring and billet module forging products. Supporting 9 meters × 3.5 meters of regenerative natural gas heating furnace, regenerative heating furnace has the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection, which can maximize the use of energy and reduce emissions.
